- I understand that training/exercising is demanding and involves risks that my result in injury to me which exceed the risks commonly accepted in other sports and physical training environments.
- I understand that accidents and injuries resulting from falls, trips, equipment, failure of equipment or other causes may happen without fault or negligence on anyone's part and that serious injury or death may result.
- I understand by purchasing any online exercise program from Kelsey Marie Shand (Restore Pilates with Kelsey), I am releasing valuable legal rights that I might otherwise have and I indemnify Kelsey Marie Shand (Restore Pilates with Kelsey) and Instructors from the consequences of my negiligent or intentional acts that could cause injury, damage or death.
- I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks to which I will be exposed to in training and participating in.
- I hereby release any and all liability in any event of accident, misfortune, damage or loss that may occur to me and/or my property. I understand that I am responsible for my own personal health and safety and I acknowledge that Restore Pilates with Kelsey cannot diagnose or treat medical diseases or deficiences, and a medical evaluation is strongly advised before commencing any exercise program.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and products, is the intellectual property of the Merchant or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited.
